Do you use preservatives?
Yes. Companies must use preservatives in any cosmetic product that contains water or aloe to prevent the product from becoming adulterated; preservatives are needed for product safety.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Why did my product change color during a short period of use?
If you keep your skincare product in a hot, airless place the possibility to spoilage is high. It’s important to protect your products from heat to avoid unpleasant surprises. Here has bad effects on your creams if exposed to high temperature, the color, odour and texture of your Beauty care can be altered. As for the effectiveness, it may be reduced.
Why does my product look different from the last time I purchased it?
We use natural raw ingredients and all products are made in small batches. We are more focused on the efficacy of the natural ingredients and don't want to destroy their healing properties to achieve a uniform look. With natural products made in small batches, it's completely normal that there will be slight variances in color or appearance compared to the last batch. Rest assured that even with these slight differences the products themselves are not affected and are still just as effective and potent.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our goal is to get your products in your hands so you can start enjoying them as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2-3 business days within Lagos for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday), inter state order takes up to 3-5businessdays while international deliveries takes 5-7businessdays But we can not guarantee a specific ship date because we have a very small dedicated team shipping out your order. We want your order to be packed with the utmost care and we want every order to feel like you are receiving a gift for yourself. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us.
